- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring Spanish-speaking employees receive the proper support and resources to get started and succeed.
- Manage internal postings and union communications, ensuring clarity in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain employee files, HR systems (ADP, JazzHR),
and ensure compliance with labor laws while assisting with payroll checks ,
