    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Plan and complete construction concrete forms from initial layout to assembly using oral instructions, plans, specifications, blueprints and work orders.

    Drive piling.
    Build job-specific wood forms and assemble commercially-available form systems.
    Set and tie steel, as required.
    Erect and wreck all forms.
    Pour, grade and finish concrete.
    Load and unload materials.
    Shovel dirt, gravel and asphalt.
    Perform general housekeeping and clean-up of the job site.
    Check and maintain grade stakes and other survey markings.
    Maintain equipment and tools.
    Enter confined spaces, as required.
    Operate a man-lift.
    Rigging.
    Provide flagging and direction to Crane Operators.
    Must be able to walk on rebar.
    Perform incidental work items and duties included within other crafts.

    Able to read drawings, plans and blueprintsFamiliar with staking and checking gradePossesses strong math and analytical skillsIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issuesUnderstanding of local, state and federal construction regulationsAbility to quickly process information and make decisionsExcellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and have excellent follow throughTakes initiative and prioritizes tasks: organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skillsDependable and able to work independently with little supervision as well as with a team of individualsAble to use hand and power toolsBasic mechanical skillsProficient welding skillsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have reliable transportation with the ability to travelMust have the ability to work extended hours as required by the workloadMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordEDUCATION &



    EXPERIENCE:


    High school diploma or equivalentThree (3 ) to Five (5) years or more of industry related experience is required, with an emphasis on roads, highways, and bridges.

    AWS Welding CertificationOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBONUS SKILLS/

    EXPERIENCE:

    Commercial Drivers License (CDL)You have a sense of humor (big plus)PHYSICAL DEMANDS &


    WORK ENVIRONMENT:


    Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in all types of terrainAble to meet all physical requirementsAble to work around loud noises and can tolerate being exposed to odors, gasses, dust, etc.
