Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings in Galesburg. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service.Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the staffing succession planning recruiting interviewing hiring orientation training ongoing development of Department Team Members and does so to maintain a department team at or above staffing guidelines determined at each Period Business Review.
