Description*CastleBranch is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily communication with and education of our customers from initial onboarding in an effort to maximize their experience with our services. The Customer Experience Specialist should be tech-savvy, and experienced in customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Educate customers on the optimal use of our services.
• Use of time management skills to assist customers with their daily questions and respond to their inquiries.
• Conduct case and service assessments and develop recommendations for customers to improve their experience with our services.
• Must be able to navigate and efficiently use multiple systems at once.
• Should be able to type at a speed of 45 wpm.
  Education and/or Experience-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 2-3 years of phone-based customer service experience required.
