    Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an exciting opportunity to join the Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency faculty.

    The East program was the first program established in this network, over 45 years ago, and continues to be a strong educational presence for residents and medical students.

    The network has additional programs in family medicine, psychiatry, podiatry, and fellowships in hospitalist medicine, addiction medicine, and sports medicine.

    Opportunity to educate and advise Family Medicine residents in an ACGME accredited residency program, with over a 40 year history, ten residents per class.

    Part-time clinical practice
    Ability to participate in inpatient medicine rounding with residents
    Team based care fully engaged at our medical practice
    Underserved track offered in partnership with Jane Pauley Community Health Center
    Electronic Medical Record integrated at all outpatient and hospital sites (Epic)
