Compensation
- $8,300–$11,600+ per month
- Equivalent to $100,000–$140,000+ annually

What You'll Be Doing
- Present and close recommended repairs professionally
- Build trust through clear, direct communication
- Drive average repair order and gross profit
- Follow up on deferred work consistently
- Maintain smooth workflow with technicians
- Deliver five-star service while meeting performance goals
What We Expect
- Minimum 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong sales performance history
- Comfortable presenting and closing larger repair tickets
- Professional communicator who can lead conversations confidently
- Organized and efficient under pressure
- Familiar with shop management systems
- Leadership mindset; management experience is a plus
