- Rate range: $38-42/hr
- Assist with planning, budget management, and KPI evaluation for media plans, leveraging data insights and audience trends.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activities across multiple acquisition marketing channels, including Affiliate, Devices, Digital Direct, Programmatic, Social, Search, and YouTube.
- Handle team budgets, billing, and reconciliation processes, as well as coordinate creative approvals and routing.
- Stay updated on media and industry trends, identifying new channels and partners, and monitoring key metrics for executive reporting.
- 3-4 years of digital media planning experience, including performance and direct-response campaigns.
- Understanding of acquisition strategy and direct-to-consumer or subscription-based businesses.
- Knowledge of digital marketing creative best practices and effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively.
- Experience in the entertainment industry or media agency.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Our client, a well known streaming app, is in search of a freelance Associate Growth Marketing Manager to join their Subscriber Acquisition team. This role involves contributing to the development and execution of go-to-market and media plans across various growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about media and TV, with a focus on expanding subscriber base and a background in media planning or media management. Collaboration is key, as this role entails working closely with internal and external partners to achieve results. This is a hybrid role with mandatory onsite days in Santa Monica, CA. The initial contract is two months to cover a leave of absence but has potential to extend.
