    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AI and Machine Learning Engineer to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into our VR/AR Museum SaaS Platform. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of museum technology and play a critical role in helping museums worldwide improve their offerings and visitor engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. AI and Machine Learning Development: Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and integrate AI and machine learning components into the VR/AR museum SaaS platform. This includes creating algorithms for content recommendation, customer behavior analysis, and predictive analytics.
    2. Data Processing and Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, including museum assets and visitor interactions. Utilize real-time data analysis and insights generation techniques to extract insights, patterns and trends that can enhance the visitor experience and museum operations.
    3. Personalization and Recommendation Systems: Develop recommendation systems that provide personalized content and experiences to museum visitors based on their preferences, history, and real-time interactions.
    4. Develop machine learning algorithms to optimize visitor flow and minimize congestion within museums.
    5. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP solutions for understanding and generating natural language content, such as virtual tour guides or interactive exhibits.
    6. Computer Vision: Work on computer vision projects to enable image recognition, object tracking, and augmented reality experiences within the museum environ-ment.
    7. Infrastructure Management: Design and develop tools and algorithms to facilitate efficient management of museum infrastructure, including lighting, climate control, and interactive exhibits. Ensure robust infrastructure security and scalability to accommodate the needs of various museums.
    8. Customer Experience Enhancement: Leverage AI and ML to continuously improve the customer experience by optimizing navigation, content delivery, and engagement within the virtual and augmented reality museum.
    9. Testing and Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI and ML models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the platform.
    10. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, ML, VR, and AR technologies, and apply innovative solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities.
    11. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of AI and ML models, algorithms, and processes for team reference and future development.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). (Required)
    • Minimum 5 years proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of past projects. (Required)
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
    • Strong knowledge of data processing and analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization.
    • Experience with Computer Vision, NLP and recommendation systems.
    • Knowledge of VR/AR technologies and their applications is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
