    We are seeking a competitive and numbers driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    Hunt for new business opportunities

    Identify and develop new leads, and close business

    Exceed monthly quotas - generate sales of company products and services

    Sell using a proactive approach, cold calls, face-to-face meetings and video collaboration

    Document and track customer communication cadence and progress in CRM

    Schedule and lead product demos with prospects

    Attend local & national industry events as approved, to promote EarthCam products

    Collaborate with Sales Coordination & Client Services teams to provide quality customer service and post-sales follow up

    Develop a network of new and existing customers to gain referrals for emerging opportunities

    Travel to New Jersey HQ periodically for training and events

    Visit clients and jobsites as appropriate to support business

    Attend regular virtual team meetings

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    2+ years B2B selling experience with demonstrated success

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

    Prior experience in any of the following industries is a plus: construction, transportation, government, tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, AV

    Experience thriving in a commission-driven environment

    Proven success with consultative selling techniques
