    Daisy Medical is looking to add talented/dependable RN's to our team You will be joining a talented group of healthcare professionals*Multiple Specialties available** *RN Med Surg/Step Down** *ER/OR** *CCU/ICU** *PCU** *Home Health/LTC** *Tele Health**Shifts: * *Days 5x8/4x10/3x12** *Evenings 5x8** *Nights 5x8/4x10/3x12**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Clinical Expertise: Collaborates with other members of the health care team/Nurses to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other's changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the "Caring-Quality Model.

    • Knowledge: Seeks life-long learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review.
    • Leadership/Credibility as an RN: Demonstrates leadership through sharing of knowledge, being a clinical resource, and professional role model.
    • Communication: Demonstrates effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary communication.
    • Productivity: Demonstrates enhanced time management skills as an RN and ability to assist others in order to contribute to the overall performance of the team.
