Job summary
This is a part-time IT technician position at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. The role involves diagnosing software and hardware problems, assisting staff and faculty with IT issues, tracking requests using an IT support system, installing new computers and equipment, repairing printers and phones, performing regular server updates, setting up video conference equipment for shows.
