Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our Home Health Home Recovery Care Registered Nurse collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, AHN is an accredited recognized leader in home health and hospice.

This position supports patients in Monroeville and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $15,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year

As a Home Recovery Care Registered Nurse you will be at the forefront of a highly innovative care model that allows clinically appropriate patients the option of receiving hospital level care in the comfort of their own home.

The Home Recovery Care RN is part of an integrated care team that works together to provide patient-centered care to those at home.

Patient volume is lower than a traditional hospital setting so you will have time to focus on patient needs and caregiver education.

Up to 23 paid holiday and personal days off in year one

~ Company paid emotional health and wellness support for you and your family

Associates Degree or higher from an Accredited School of Nursing
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
