Summary:
To manage all operations with in the Edible Oil Refinery facility to ensure profitability.
The role you will play:
Lead, motivate, and develop associates to meet the needs of the facility.
Train and develop your associates to embrace change to improve operations.
Lead safety programs to ensure safe working conditions for all associates and compliance with all local, state and federal requirements.
Lead environmental programs to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal requirements.Manage production operations to ensure maximum equipment and personnel utilization.
Manage product quality to ensure customer requirements and specifications are attained.
Manage routine and preventative maintenance programs for the production operations to ensure efficient operation.
Manage all capital expenditures for maintenance and engineering requirements.

Background Profile:
BS Degree (Agriculture, Management, Business, Engineering
OR
equivalent experience
Plant Manager experience prefered - Will consider
Production Superintendent
Foreman
Production Supervisor
15 years of previous edible oil refinery or grain/flour milling experience preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills
Track record of developing, training and leading their staff
Demonstrated track record with successfull completion of implementing change.
Strong background in manufacturing/processing technologies
Solid track record of success with safety programs and requirements
History of compliance with environmental programs and requirements
Understanding of standard software applications
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
