Main responsibilities

• To act as first point of contact for customers from enquiry to order / cash collection.
• To work closely with the sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and develop existing business in line with customer segmentation, rules and procedures.

Your profile

We are looking for a new full-time colleague with at least 3 years experience in a similar, customer service role within an industrial environment.

You have at least a completed MBO-4 relevant education. A good command of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word are a plus. You speak Dutch and French fluently because of speaking Dutch, Belgium and Swiss Customers. You also have a good working knowledge of English.
