Job Description:
To evaluate, treat and/or prevent disability in the home setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience:
One (1) year experience in Occupational Therapy
Credentials:
Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license.
Specific Skills:
Verbal ability necessary to communicate with patients and others. Written communication abilities, to be able to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports. Able to delegate to Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Salary Range:
$33.45-$47.93 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
