    Role Overview: As a Senior Associate in the IT Project Management Office (PMO), you will be instrumental in driving project success across our agile project environments. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT project management tools and methodologies, particularly within the insurance or financial industries. The position is open to contractors with a potential for contract-to-hire, based on performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage IT projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
    • Administer and optimize project management tools such as JIRA and Wrike, including performing Wrike admin duties to enhance project tracking and reporting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking project performance and reporting on progress to senior management.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in data management within the IT PMO, utilizing knowledge of the insurance and financial sectors to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members or contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure project standards and deadlines are met.

    Requirements:

    • Proven IT experience, particularly in managing agile projects within the insurance or financial industry.
    • Expertise in using project management software tools such as JIRA and Wrike; certification or significant experience as a Wrike administrator is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of the reinsurance business and its operational requirements.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Open to contractors, particularly those local to Nashville or Jersey City.
