Job Description

Hussey Copper has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at its Eminence KY location. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This includes inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, diagnosing mechanical problems, repairing or replacing defective parts, and performing preventive maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for training employees in proper maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the activities of workers engaged in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Inspect and monitor machinery and equipment to diagnose mechanical problems.
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools or power tools.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, or systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Train employees in proper maintenance techniques
Monitor inventory of spare parts to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Maintain records of repairs made to machines or equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar
Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, welding, and maintaining various types of equipment.
