Job summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring compliance with state policies and procedures. As a supervisor, you will oversee the work of our compliance staff, provide expert consultation on grant reimbursement requirements, and develop processes to improve internal business operations.The ideal candidate will have at least nine years of experience in accounting, financial auditing, or grant administration. A minimum of three years must include project management experience managing detailed work plans to completion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the unit subject matter expert in state and agency grant reimbursement requirements.
- Provide expert consultation on state grants invoice reimbursement requirements.
- Develop processes for improving internal business operations.
- Analyze fiscal monitoring trends for all CHG contracts.
