- Answer all incoming calls & emails, responds to inquiries, and schedules sales appointments
- Assist customers in showroom with appointment scheduling, product knowledge, and retail sales
- Resolve customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
- Perform office duties as needed
- Monday through Friday workweek (In Person, Ashland, MA)
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Ability to follow directions & multitask
- Prior retail sales & customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Prior industry experience a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel, Google platforms (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
