    Job Summary

    The Office of Student Affairs is seeking a bright, energetic student to support the office.

    As a student representative of the Office of Student Affairs, the student in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and must positively portray a professional demeanor at all times.

    Responsibilities


    • Assist with daily Student Affairs administrative tasks.
    • Deliver paperwork to and from other campus offices, as needed.
    • Attend workshops and training as required.
    • Collaborates with Student Affairs staff on projects, as needed.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Required Qualifications


    • Must have a Federal Work Study award.
    • Must be currently enrolled a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College.
    • Must be in good academic standing and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment.
    • Must be in good standing with the campus Office of Student Integrity and maintain good standing for the duration of employment.
    • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
    • Accuracy and attention to details.
    • Willingness to learn new skills to accomplish tasks.
    • Ability to work as a member of a team.
    Conditions of Employment


    Hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in the United States and proof of eligibility will be contemporaneously required upon acceptance of an employment offer.
