    Your Mission Involves:

    • Navigating the evolving markets of video streaming and PayTV identifying opportunities, and engaging clients with our cutting-edge solutions.
    • Tailoring technical offerings to meet unique client needs, ensuring our solutions are both impactful and celebrated.
    • Cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships to expand market presence and establish castLabs as an industry leader.
    • Representing castLabs at trade shows and industry events, showcasing expertise and building networks.
    • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborating closely with technical teams, Product Management and Marketing to deliver seamless client experiences.
    • Leveraging CRM tools to track sales activities, performance metrics, and opportunities.

    Your Profile:

    • At least 3 years of experience in sales within the technology (SaaS) or video streaming industry.
    • A proactive approach to crafting and refining sales strategies, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for success.
    • Proven success in building client relationships within sectors such as OTT platforms, PayTV operators, content security providers, and streaming service aggregators.
    • Fluency in English, both for captivating conversations and crafting compelling proposals.
    • An analytical mindset, ready to dissect challenges and strategize accordingly.
    • A spirit of collaboration and a thirst for continuous learning.
    • Candidates must be located in either the Pacific or Eastern Time Zones, or able to work standard business hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone.
