- Deliver high-quality patient care in and outpatient hospital-based Physical Therapy office adjacent to a Fitness center
- Provide exceptional service to patients across a demographic that is primarily orthopedic and neurologic
- Focus on outpatient care (position consists of 90% or more outpatient care); limited rotational coverage is required in an Acute care PT setting
- Licensed by the State of Ohio or Licensure eligible, with PT degree from accredited college or university
- Experience is preferred but will consider exceptional new graduates
- Coverage in one of our 4 outpatient locations in a growing PT department

GENERAL SUMMARY
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum Education:
Certificate or Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Required Length and Type of Experience
Prefer a minimum of 9 months clinical experience in the field of Physical Therapy. Will accept new graduates.
Required Licensure or Certification
Licensed by the State of Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainer s Board.
Required Physical and Environmental Demands
OSHA Requirements:
All employees are required to now and demonstrate competency in all OSHA requirements for the position such as the use of personal protective barrier equipment, safe equipment and procedures, handling of hazardous materials, etc.
Physical Requirements:
Performance of job duties requires sitting, standing and walking at varying intervals throughout the 8-hour shift.
