    As part of our Radiology team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.


    Our Advanced Equipment Includes:
    Siemens Luminos Agile MaxRotating shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

    Shared call rotation:

    Approximately 2-4 nights per month and every third weekendOpportunities for professional development in a teaching hospitalWe're seeking an adaptable, confident, empathetic Radiology Technologist who is able to provide quality diagnostic imaging for patients and providers at Sanford Health.

    The Radiologic Technologist is able to work in all atmospheres including clinic, hospital, ED, and OR settings where there are a broad range of fields like fluoroscopy, surgery, orthopedics, general, and emergency for the Radiologist Technologist to work under.

    One of the characteristics of a Rad Tech at Sanford is the need for precision, which is important in this line of work because the providers need quality imaging to give diagnoses to their patients.

    Sanford Radiology Technologists employees will have opportunities for advancement into other modalities including CT, MRI, and Mammo.
    Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images
    • Ability to understand and navigate the electronic medical record (EMR) system
    • Perform basic diagnostic radiology tasks and aware of general radiology protocols
    • Completion of an educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

    Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, qualityRegistration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

    If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT) is required.

    Health in order to practice in the state of IowaIf working at some clinic locations, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required within the first eight weeks of hire into the position.
