Your day as a Case Manager
As a new Full-Time Case Manager at Family Resources Inc., you can expect an engaging and fulfilling daily routine Your weekdays will be structured from Monday through Friday, with early evening hours dedicated to conducting group sessions. Each day, you'll assess client needs, develop personalized service plans, and facilitate connections to vital resources. Prepare to conduct insightful group discussions that empower participants, foster community, and encourage personal growth.
