    Job Summary

    This position supervises and coordinates the activities of the staff engaged in processing of all fulfillment orders (Retail/Direct/Wholesale) all while maintaining company metrics regarding quality, on-time performance, efficiency and safety.

    Essential Functions

    *Supervises the daily functions of Distribution Operations personnel ensuring all order fulfillment commitments are met. Includes the direct supervision of the Fulfillment Coordinator, Distribution Leads, Distribution Operator & Fulfillment Data Clerk. Provides direction, performance feedback, coaching and training in a timely and constructive manner.

    *Reviews, approves and/or updates attendance, time sheets and requests. Responsible for reviewing applications, conducting interviews and selection of new hires.

    *Reviews and approve training and new hire material. Creates distribution plan in collaboration with Distribution Leads.

    *Maintains performance metrics for fulfillment operations (productivity, error rate, On Time Delivery, etc.)

    *Responsible for creating and executing peak season staffing plans. Monitors and manages changes as needed to ensure business needs are met.

    *Organizes ultimate customer order fulfillment in coordination with any purchase of repair and engraving services to ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of orders to service level commitments.

    *Assists management in ensuring the department complies with all Company and governmental safety policies and procedures.

    *Keeps management informed of operational problems, equipment needs and Associate concerns.

    *Helps support Distribution Operations Manager and performs additional duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    *Bachelor's Degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    *2 years' distribution center experience or similar work.

    *Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Outlook, Word and Excel).

    *Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create and interpret various documents, reports and/or correspondence etc.

    *Intermediate proficiency with basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, etc.

    *Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.

    *Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.

    *Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and have a strong attention to detail.

    *Ability to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations.

    *Ability to safely lift up to 30lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.

    *Ability to work extended or unscheduled hours as business need requires.

    Preferred Qualifications

    *Supervisory, leadership or training experience.

    *Reporting or query experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence or similar systems and tools.

    *Experience with Oracle.
