- Deploy and configure applications on client systems as needed and when required, prioritizing quality of the configured applications.
- Prioritize and handle critical incidents, including major outages or service disruptions.

- Administer document management system, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and access rights.

- Masters in Computer Science or related field
- Experience supporting Linux OS.
- Strong understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Experience with JIRA workflow management or similar tools.
- Experience developing software applications in C++ or C#.
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience performing quality tests for software that interface with hardware.
- Relevant certifications showcasing expertise in critical areas.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations Engineering in a Windows environment, supporting in-house and COTS applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing/maintaining (CI/CD) systems and source control migration.
- Solid understanding of Desktop applications, with a willingness to support configuring and testing.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and root cause identification skills.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of system security measures and data backup/recovery techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast pasted environment
