• Contract position through the end of the year; contract can be extended; C2H is possible - hiring manager put a note "will look for contract to hire in 6 months time"

• The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA - first choice for the hiring manager, then second choice : Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL , Dallas TX and last choice : Philadelphia PA, Cincinnati OH, Kansas City MO

• Will join Lending QE Architecture and Enablement team to drive improvements in release quality and production stability across lending projects.
• Will be responsible for implementing proper change management processes, auditing metrics, identifying gaps, and reporting on portfolio health to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with QA managers and test leads across multiple lending project initiatives
• Drive change management processes and change methodology across lending project releases
• Create and analyze Tableau reports and metrics to identify gaps and deficiencies
• Develop and maintain JIRA dashboards and filters for reporting purposes
• Communicate updates on automation, tools, change, and process to the lending team
• Prepare and review monthly reports on portfolio health, gaps, and action items for CIO and senior leadership
• Perform incident root cause analysis and drive solutions

• Candidates must be either a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or possess a valid EAD (Employment Authorization Document) to be eligible for direct hire on a W2 basis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
• Thorough understanding of change management and QE (quality engineering ) process methodology within an Agile / Scrum environment
• Experience with JIRA and ability to create and maintain Confluence pages
• Proficiency in executing and examining QE metric reports to identify gaps and priorities related to KPIs
• Knowledge of the software defect lifecycle as part of the release cycle
• Understanding of testing phases as part of a project lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Financial services industry experience is a big plus
