    BSA Assistant Role

    We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) efforts.

    The BSA Assistant position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer. This includes:

    • Maintaining the bank's adherence to BSA regulations through data analysis, transactions review, and monitoring programs.
    • Supporting OFAC program testing for effectiveness.

    Additional responsibilities include assisting with internal audits related to compliance, maintaining knowledge of federal laws and regulations, and supporting staff training on compliance topics.
