Job summary
We are seeking a Therapeutic Companion/Live-In Coach to join our team at Aging Services. As a Therapeutic Companion, you will work with clients in their homes and virtually through therapeutic coaching, family coaching, care management for aging adults, care management, interventions, mental health transports, and behavioral health navigation.The ideal candidate is professional, dependable,
and able to tailor their therapeutic approach according to each client's specific needs. You should be dedicated to the client's well-being,
understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion,
and be adept at managing crises while remaining calm and focused.
- Crisis management for individuals in mental health and/or substance use recovery.
- Providing exposure to positive activities in the community.
