- Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring their correct storage.
- Handwashing pots, pans, and trays as needed.
- Keeping the kitchen, including floors, mats, and dishwashing areas, clean through sweeping, mopping, and managing the dishwashing area setup or breakdown.
- Handling waste disposal, including trash removal to the dumpster, and maintaining cleanliness around the kitchen's exterior, loading dock, and dumpster area.
- Adhering to safety standards by monitoring dish machine temperatures and practicing appropriate hand hygiene.
