- Posts sales orders in Navision for shipped products.
- Sends invoice to customer via customers' specifications (Mail, email, online portal).
- Follows up with customers about outstanding invoices and issues daily reminders regarding payment status.
- Creates weekly/monthly Collection Reports, and deposits checks received via remote check scanner to bank.
- Monitors bank account for activity (prepayments/receivables/payables) and updates Excel sheet.
- Applies cash receipts from customers (deposits, ACH, credit cards, and wire transfers) into Navision.
- Circulates vendor invoices to department managers for approval and enters Accounts Payable data into Navision.
- Generates ACH Payment List and schedules weekly ACH payment runs.
- Mails out checks to vendors as needed.
- Enter new vendor cards in Navision and updates as needed.
- Inputs and updates ACH payment information for vendors in Navision.
- Completes and sends factoring form to UFJ and saves information on the H drive.
- Maintains petty cash funds and creates monthly Petty Cash Sheets.
- Enter exchange rates into Navision for pesos and yen as needed.
- Responsible for filing all Accounting related documents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with AP/AR, detail oriented, and ability to communicate with customers and vendors.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite.
- Bilingual in Japanese is REQUIRED.
