- Use Microsoft Power applications to improve/automate department process and increase efficiency.
- Assist with the management of the accounts receivable process.
- Work with operations to collect opening costs and client deposits.
- Verify accounts receivable information from contracts and load into SAP.
- Monitor and track units that are on a written repayment plan.
- Maintain various Excel worksheets.
- Initiate refund requests for credit balances.
- Perform maintenance within the SAP Account Receivable system.
- Work with operations and manager regarding uncollectible amounts.
- Assist with the month end finance charge process.
- Assist accounting and operations with complex billing reconciliations.
- Prepare the 180-day write-off report for corporate.
- Prepare reporting for clients, sector CFOs, and corporate.
- Prepare monthly DSO reports and AR aging reports.
- Prepare journal entries as needed.
- Train and Mentor new employees as assigned.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; perform job safely.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Accounting or Finance degree and/or Data analytic experience including MS Power BI, Power Automate
