What you will do:
Assume primary responsibility for equipment, material and subcontractor estimates, secondary responsibility for labor and other costs
Purchasing responsibility for service project related items
Responsible for submittals, permits, project closeout (CJA) process
Identify and assist with pricing of all change orders
Development of the initial project schedule
Plan and coordinate with Service Manager, General Manager and customer on requirements of projects as they relate to scheduling, sequence, production, and quality
Ability to deliver Design Build Estimates for Commercial Service Projects, i.e., Retrofits, Upgrades, System Enhancements
What we are looking for:
Hands-on project coordination experience of commercial Service projects
Ability to deal diplomatically with internal & external customers (i.e., owners, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, draftsmen)
Production coordination skills; ability to visualize, plan, and execute to achieve budgeted goals
Knowledge of Mechanical equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of building materials, engineering standards, and codes
