    Are you a seasoned production leader with a passion for mentorship and experience in a LEAN environment? Fantastic! Doherty Career Solutions is currently collaborating with a top local manufacturing company in the Greater St. Cloud, MN area in their quest for a Manufacturing Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee the Company's Production department activities, utilizing knowledge of product technology and production methods to ensure production goals are achieved. This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000-130,000, along with excellent benefits, a robust bonus plan, and room for professional growth.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Set and align Production goals with company expectations
    • Plan and prioritize production activities to meet operational efficiency and cost targets
    • Coordinate production operations for optimal output
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members
    • Assess and enhance employee performance
    • Analyze and resolve work-related issues
    • Foster communication and collaboration with other Production departments
    • Review reports to address efficiency challenges and ensure product quality
    • Manage departmental budget and ensure spending stays within set limits
    • Implement procedures for a safe work environment and improved product quality
    • Collaborate with support teams to enhance safety and productivity
    • Address labor matters in consultation with HR and the Bargaining Unit
    • Oversee capital projects supporting manufacturing processes
    • Drive quality improvement initiatives through employee engagement

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

    • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
    • Prior experience in manufacturing/operations leadership
    • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing practices
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to mentor, work well under pressure, and multitask effectively
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • High level of professionalism and discretion
    • Good computer knowledge and skills
