The Manager-In
The candidate in this role will also attend classes - including but not limited to - a blending learning concept to prepare the individual for a potential leadership role upon completion of the program.
Regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work a variety of schedules depending on department needs to further the candidate's experience and skill set is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and more. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
Ability to effectively present information, comfortable speaking in front of large groups, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, members, and the general public.
