The Post-Closing Processor is primarily located in the Main branch of Foundation Title & Escrow and in the Branch Services department. This position supports the post-closing process for all locations as needed.Responsibilities
- Receiving packages from branches with various duties needing to be completed with different time expectations depending on the task
- Scanning documents to SoftPro file per company policy
- Returning executed loan packages, per lender instructions, including original documents
