    Innovative Solutions for Mass Tort Law Firms Nationwide

    We identify individuals harmed by consumer products, medications, medical devices, toxins, and abuse. Founded in 2014, we seek a Business Development Associate to generate new relationships with mass tort law firms.

    This $50,000/year phone sales opportunity can lead to a bonus structure based on quarterly performance.

    • Identify qualified leads through cold calling, email, social selling, and networking.
    • Develop a book of business and maintain client relationships.
    • Lead negotiation with potential clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments.

    Occasional travel may be required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diligent in identifying and generating qualified leads within the mass tort law industry.
    • Maintain a professional network and communicate effectively.
    • Monitor industry trends and news.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience in Business Development or Account Management.
    • 2+ years experience in phone sales.
    • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
