    What you'll do:
    Join our growing Institutional team as a national account manager. This position is responsible for building our national footprint and generating revenue with assigned national accounts. You will partner closely with institutional consignors to help them reach their business and sales objectives. There will be a high focus on establishing new relationships and expand the company's business volume.

    Responsibilities:
    Constantly working to build and maintain strong institutional relationships as assigned.
    Collaborate with the Institutional team to execute the overall Institutional national account strategy.
    Collaborate and communicate effectively with Auction General Managers and RVP as it relates to understanding the Auction needs.
    Deliver the highest level of customer service and exhibit 'hands on' and direct approach with customers.
    Execute daily phone calls and accurately account for your daily activity via designated CRM tool.
    Ability to drive the process and work independently to develop the strategy, execute, build relationships, and lead the initiatives.
    Requirements
    BA/BS degree in marketing/sales/business desired.
    Strong executive presence with the ability to deliver a polished message.
    Strong negotiation skills
    Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
    Excellent phone skills
    Excellent people skills
    Proficient with computer and Excel
    Ability to travel 25%
    Position located in Kansas City, Missouri
