    • Determine Civilian Personnel requirements and responsible for maintaining the of onboarding of Civilian Personnel (Faces) to the table of distribution and allowances (Spaces) of various organizations across the installation.
    • Engage in statistical studies Provide technical assistance and guidance to supervisors.
    • Oversea the process, monitor and validates a wide range of request for personnel actions for organizations across the installation.

    • This position requires that the employee be able to pass a background check. This position requires the incumbent to have a secret security clearance.
    • This position will require the employee to temporarily travel away from their normal duty station up to 20% of the time.
    • Certification Level 2: THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051,
    • Amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program.

    Specialized Experience:
    One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Examine organizational structures to identify and record workload data; 2) Generate civilian personnel reports to prepare for analysis; and 3) Review guidelines for accuracy regarding mission functions.

    This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).


    In order to qualify at the GS-09 level:

    Specialized Experience:
    One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Maintain civilian personnel balances within different categorized features to determine mission requirements; 2) Develop procedures to increase productivity and accuracy of civilian Managment data; and 3) Validate workloads based on missions in order to ensure organizational deadlines are met.

    This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).


    In order to qualify at the GS-11 level:

    Specialized Experience:

    One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Maintain a Civilian onboarding (Faces )to TDA (Spaces) in order to track manpower usage for missions; 2) Execute organizational and functional analysis studies to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; and 3) Provide guidance to customers to help identify and resolve civilian Faces to Spaces issues.

    This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

    (1) Class Standing - Applicants must be in the upper third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision, such as the College of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses;
