- Lead on the migration from Magento to Shopify.
- Provide technical leadership to a small team of developers
- Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements to the Shopify platform
- Hold responsibility for the security & performance of the platforms and integrations.
- Work closely & collaborate with functional teams. YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of experience developing Shopify platforms and related e-commerce technologies - A MUST
- Several years of experience in full-stack development.
- Experienced technically leading software teams - an inspirational leader.
- Alongside your leadership skills you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Expert knowledge of Javascript and related libraries/frameworks
- Strong experience with Ruby (Python also accepted).
- Good cloud experience (AWS or GCP), along with experience in a DevOps environment.
- Collaborative and a strong communicator
- Anyone with experience of migrating from Magento to Shopify previously would be highly desirable.
