- Provide an exceptional meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product builds brand relationships Take an active role in assisting management team build store business Support all service enhancers build strong relationships including active use of Concierge Service multiple customers at time multitask handle projects simultaneously Be aware fashion trends seek information new arrivals product knowledge fit color fashion etc Use product knowledge fashion expertise create outfits suggest items match needs Maximize individual performance participate learning opportunities accepting direction coaching feedback Achieve sales metrics measurable areas clientelling outreach appointment setting Talbots Classic Awards Complete projects assigned operational assignments filling orders replenishment recovery etc
