    Private multispecialty group is seeking an additional Plastic Surgeon to join their practice in Eastern Iowa.

    They currently have one Plastic Surgeon and due to growth need to add another.

    This is a partnership opportunity with a first year salary gaurantee, plus production bonus.

    Will be on contract for the first 18 months or so- and then geared toward partnership= buy in.

    She did not say what the buy in will be she would rather discuss it directly with the candidates.

    She wants YOUNGER candidates because half of the Docs there are pushing retirement.

    She will even consider 2016 grads- only all american trained- no foreign med grads.

    will provide stipend to 2016 grads.


    She said that if their billings exceed their salary during the gauranteed period they will likely be able to keep their billings.
