    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will play a vital part as the Office Manager supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Stakeholder Engagement Division's (SED) International Affairs team.

    As a Senior Management Consultant, you will contribute to the development and implementation of international policies and initiatives that align with CISA's global strategy
    You will work independently, yet collaboratively, with a diverse team spanning multiple time zones, regions, and cultures
    Your efforts will directly impact CISA's mission to enhance international partnerships and strengthen the cybersecurity and infrastructure security landscape
    Assisting in the execution of CISA's international engagement strategy and policies
    Coordinating capacity building engagements with international partners and stakeholders
    Supporting the development and implementation of cooperative projects and agreements
    Maintaining accurate records and stakeholder information
    Contributing to the enhancement of CISA's international objectives
    Collaborate with CISA International leadership and stakeholders to support CISA's global strategy
    Coordinate and support international engagements, both in-person and virtually
    Prepare briefing materials, reports, and documents for international engagements
    Conduct research on relevant policy and international affairs issues
    Liaise with U.S. government agencies, foreign governments, and international organizations
    Help manage stakeholder contact information and engagement history
    Support the maintenance of standard operating procedures and records management systems
    Contribute to the onboarding and training of new personnel
    Stay up-to-date on agency and U.S. government developments related to international affairs
    Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
    Showcase a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
    Show dedication to achieving CISA's international objectives
    Adapt well to working across different time zones and cultures
    This role involves working in an office environment and will require occasional domestic and international travel
    The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience
