Key Responsibilities:

• Taking customer food orders and accurately processing payments via point-of-sale terminal.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality and service to guests, upholding the Shakey's experience standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment by setting up game room displays, pre-busing tables regularly, wiping down surfaces as needed.
• Monitoring FOH areas for maintenance requirements including restrooms and parking lot.
