    This full-time position, located in the San Francisco Bay area offers flexibility for remote work and the chance to work on exciting HVAC projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the HVAC industry
    • Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints accurately
    • Experience estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and time
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and project management
    • Preferred experience in the construction industry, specifically with HVAC projects
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus
    • Professional certifications related to estimating or the HVAC industry are a plus
