Last‑Mile Delivery Specialist (Cargo Van/Sprinter) – 1099 Contractor
Compensation: $250/day
Route Volume: 60–80 stops per route
Service Area: Cranberry, Butler, and Greater Pittsburgh, PA
Start Date: Next Wednesday

Overview
Jacobs & MZ Holdings LLC is seeking professional, dependable Last‑Mile Delivery Specialists to support parcel distribution throughout the Cranberry, Butler, and Pittsburgh regions. This is a 1099 contractor position for drivers who own a cargo van or sprinter van capable of safely handling daily package volume.
Contractors represent our company at every stop, ensuring safe driving, accurate deliveries, and professional customer interactions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate a cargo or sprinter van safely and efficiently on assigned routes
- Load, organize, and unload packages using proper handling techniques
- Follow all route instructions, delivery procedures, and safety protocols
- Maintain professional communication and conduct at all customer interactions
- Accurately scan and document all deliveries, returns, and route completion details
- Perform basic daily vehicle checks to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- Ownership of a reliable cargo van or sprinter van (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured route plans
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
