Job summary
Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Reclamation Crew Lead to support Nakupuna Companies on executing stream reclamation,land restoration,
abandoned mine land (AML) closures and other small heavy civil constructions projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning scheduling and executing of field construction projects and tasks having experience leading and working directly alongside field crews on all field tasks providing insight to efficiently completing work using safe work practices for addressing small heavy civil projects.
- Professionally interacting with clients in the field approaches others in a tactful manner reacts well under pressure treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position follows through on commitments.
