Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient person to do Data Entry and general filing.In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into Quickbooks and other data bases, maintaining organized filing systems, and ensuring the integrity of all records.
Duties
- Input data swiftly and accurately into databases,
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of documents
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables,
- SUport administrative functions by maintaining organized records
- Prior office experience is preferred but not mandatory;
