Job title: Associate Attorney

Description

Prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their thriving practice.

Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and prior deposition experience with 3+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, General Liability, Personal Injury, Toxic Tort, Civil Litigation, Construction Litigation, Employment.

You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc...).

Responsibilities:

Handle cases from inception to conclusion
Take and defend depositions
Court appearances
Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

Strong research and writing skills
3+ years of litigation experience
Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in PA.
Admission in other jurisdictions a plus

The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, as well as significant experience in litigation. They must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania, although admission in other jurisdictions is also desirable.
