- Process purchase orders efficiently.
- Assist requesters in defining purchase requests as necessary.
- Determine the appropriate procurement channel for each request and select the most suitable supplier based on price, quality, and lead time.
- Manage new vendor requests and establish vendor profiles.
- Ensure accurate creation of purchase orders and address any related issues.
- Utilize required procurement tools such as Oracle, Smartsheet's, and Excel as per process guidelines.
- 2 years' experience in a procurement role with strong purchase order and purchase to pay process skills.
- Proficiency with MRP / Oracle systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
